northlogicgroup provides embedded software engineering, firmware development, secure OTA update pipelines, and scalable cloud IoT backend infrastructure. All project milestones are governed by individual service agreements.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CODE OWNERSHIP

Upon full settlement of project fees via our secure payment portals, custom-developed firmware and cloud architectures are licensed or transferred to the client as stipulated in the bespoke service contract.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

northlogicgroup shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for contracts of this nature involving hardware and IoT systems.
